My lessons are tailored to each student in order to make clear progress. I encourage independent thinking by encouraging students to work things out for themselves and upscale their writing. My classes are fully personalised to meet your child's needs and equip them with the next steps to progress with their English skills. I provide detailed, clear feedback to parents after lessons.

About Me

I’m Melanie – a qualified English teacher with over 15 years of classroom experience at top international schools including Dubai College, St Julian’s in Lisbon, and St George’s in Düsseldorf.

I now focus on 1:1 online tuition, building confidence in KS3, GCSE, IGCSE, and IB students.

My mission is to make English feel clearer, more manageable, and even enjoyable. I understand that English doesn’t come easily for everyone, but there are effective strategies to strengthen reading, writing, and analysis skills, helping learners build confidence and achieve better results.
